Cop Addison’s smart-sexy vibe, and make the most of your assets — and your work-required togs — with coy little details like a peek of lace or a strategically placed plunging neckline. Victoria’s Secret’s claret-colored lace tank ($59) adds some va-va-voom to even the most drab lab coat. And Prada’s funky rectangular eyeglass frames ($128) are a totally hot way of letting the world know that you’ve got the smarts and you mean business.

For Kate’s red carpet glam, take cues from the season and, again, from your best features. Striking redheads like Kate look great in deep jewel tones in the winter and cool brights in warmer seasons. And she definitely knows how to work what she’s got: square and halter necklines highlight her toned shoulders and décolletage. Kate’s 2007 SAG awards gown, a canary-yellow halter from Kevan Hall, plays up her features perfectly. Laundry by Shelli Segal’s garnet shirred neck dress ($225) and Anne Klein’s spring green Georgette halter ($170) are evening looks Kate could pull off with ease. And, of course, you’ll need a good lipstick to show off that star smile. Lorac’s cream lipstick in russet-hued Wild Orchid is a can’t-lose hue for redheads.
