Paraben-Free Beauty
The jury is still out on whether parabens—preservative chemicals found in cosmetics and pharmaceutical products—have a link to breast cancer and other negative estrogenic effects. But until scientific proof comes back that parabens are good to go, it’s better to be safe than sorry when shopping for personal care products. Luckily, nature has provided us with top-notch ingredients that are safe for skin, hair and cosmetic use, so more and more paraben-free makeup, skincare and hair care products are cropping up in all price ranges.
