There are some foods that pack a *ton* of calories with every bite (we're looking at you Krispy Kreme Apple Fritters) and others can you can nosh and nosh and nosh on and still be at a net zero calorie intake. (Or in the case of celery, at negative calories.) If you're looking to learn what some of those foods are, we've got a good list for you here. Obviously, you can't subsist on them alone, but they sure do make good guilt-free snacks.

What are they?

Celery

This one is obvious. Celery is 95% water and contains just 6 calories per serving. Depending on who you ask, it's actually a negative calorie food because your body expends more calories chewing and digesting it.

Kale

Kale is a high fiber detoxifying food. One cup contains just 33 calories but almost 3 grams of protein and 2.5 grams of fiber. Trainers and dietitians alike swear by it.

Blueberries

Blueberries have more antioxidants than any other fruit, and contain 85 calories per serving and as much as 14% of your daily value of fiber.

Cucumbers

Cucumbers are mostly water and contain just 16 calories per serving. Pro tip: eat the skin on -- it contains most of the nutritional value (vitamin A, aka beta-carotene, and more).

Grapefruit

Grapefruit is considered the diet fruit. They're high in fiber, blood sugar-stabilizing and contain just 50 calories per half. They contain vitamin C, lower cholesterol, promote digestion and are folate-rich (good for pregnant women!).

Tomatoes

Tomatoes contain lycopene (fights chronic diseases), vitamins A, C, and B2, folate, chromium, potassium, and fiber--all for just 25 calories per tomato.

Pineapple

Pineapple contains an enzyme called bromelain which helps us break down proteins and has some serious anti inflammatory effects.

Cantaloupe

Cantaloupe is 90% water but has more beta carotene/ vitamin A than other similar fruits. It contains potassium, just 55 calories per serving and more than 100% of your dailv itamins A and C.

Broccoli

Broccoli is filling, contains sulforaphane (cancer-fighting), vitamins A, C, E, and K. One serving contains just 31 calories but 20% of your daily fiber requirement.
