Only the strongest among us have the will power to turn down pizza, a.k.a. the most tempting and delicious fast food meal ever created. Pizza isn't just a treat, it's also relatively healthy — with just a few simple ingredients like cheese, tomato sauce and dough, it's rare that you'll find pizza that causes too much guilt, no matter how strict your diet.

Fast food chain pizzerias like Little Caesars are a gem because they can be found in nearly every large town or city in the country, often stay open later than independent pizzerias, and have strict standards for delivering the same quality meals in each of their franchises. Of course, that doesn't mean that all of their food offerings are worth breaking your health goals to enjoy.

"We serve something called Cinnamon Loaded Crazy Bites," says Jackie K., an employee at Little Caesars who asked that her home city not be identified. "They are so ridiculously amazing and delicious that I've seen people order them, eat them in 10 seconds, and order more. They're like a drug and I'd totally recommend sticking to our pizza and not getting mixed up in them."

Cinnamon Loaded Crazy Bites are small, chewy dough squares that are tossed in sugar and cinnamon and then covered with even more cinnamon and a cream cheese icing. Nutritional information about this dessert isn't available on Little Caesars' website, but suffice to say it so isn't an apple. Its closest cousin is probably the Hot-N-Ready Crazy Bread, which has 790 calories per serving and 23 grams of fat.

"One time I ate a few too many Crazy Bites," Jackie says. "I felt sick the entire night. I guess it was my fault for getting carried away, but they are the most addicting food on the planet."
