We just discovered the diet that Michaels herself follows, so obviously we all should be doing it too--but what is it??
Ever heard of the 80/20 rule (perhaps right here on SHEfinds???). That's what Jillian Michaels follows herself and also recommends to others.
"Make 80 percent of the food you eat healthy and take 20 percent of your daily calories and make them fun," she tells Health. She recommends that your treats be chemical free, which is fair!
Michaels also explains that if you don't do the 20 percent of foods you're craving that aren't necessarily health, then you'll feel deprived which will lead to a major junk food binge that's, like, 150 percent of your daily food intake.
