I love wearing handmade accessories because they’re often unique and unusual. It’s fun to wear jewelry no one else has. My favorite place to find these treasures is Etsy.com. But Etsy is a big site, and you may have to wade through a lot of coal to find a diamond. Good thing we make it our business to find the best stuff on the web.

The oddly named Queen of the Cat People seems to draw her inspiration from the animal kingdom. I love the Swan Y-Necklace with onyx and fluorite; it’s pretty and only $33. My favorite is the pearl and aqua necklace. It takes the classic string of pearls to the next level without overly complicating it. We’ve already told you about this fun trend in pearls. Wear it with a t-shirt and jeans or a LBD. Also $33.
