Find Out Why Target's Holiday Roll-Out Will Be The 'Best Ever'
November 7, 2013
Planning the ultimate party this holiday season? Chances are you’ll be doing most of your heavy research on Pinterest. (The scrapbook site isn’t just for brides-to-be, you know!) And this year, Target wants to help you with your party planning. With over 90K followers on their own Pinterest board, everyone’s favorite bullseye store is doing a special collaboration, appropriately called Best.Party.Ever., with event planning guru David Stark.
With a client roster that spans from Sephora and Saks to Tory Burch and Teen Vogue, Stark is the go-to-guy to throw an unforgettable bash. Target is obviously a fan AND client of Stark. The Brooklyn-based planner arranged and produced the Missoni for Target pop-up shop and the Prabal Gurung for Target carnival-inspired launch event. His company David Stark Design’s Pinterest page boasts over 4,000 followers with inspiring boards like “Invitations & Stationary,” “Cakes To Write Home About, ” and “Blasts of Neon.” Um, no wonder he’s a big deal.
For Target’s Best.Party.Ever., lucky select Target guests will have the opportunity to have their upcoming holiday party planned by Stark via Pinterest. He’ll create a customized board filled with DIY ideas and decorating tips fit for your soiree’s vision and budget. And if you’re not selected by Target, don’t worry. There will be four specially-themed Pinterest boards available for everyone to peruse for their own holiday party inspiration.
We’ll keep you posted on the exact launch date later this month and what it takes to be a “select guest” for Target and David Stark. But while you wait, definitely hit up Target for some cool new holiday fashion, accessories and more!
