The 125 Best New Beauty Launches Of 2023

We can’t deny that lace underwear is frilly and cute, and we usually feel a little more confident when we wear it. But the truth is, out of all the lingerie and underwear options out there, it isn’t our best choice. The simple reason behind why it’s actually bad for us is because we need to allow our body to breathe, and lace underwear is pretty restricting of that. This is because lace underwear essentially traps moisture and heat, which could lead to a yeast infection. Not so frilly and cute anymore, right?!

If you’re wondering what your best option is, we recommend that you stick to cotton underwear. The fibers in cotton work to keep moisture away from your skin, preventing any possibility of a yeast infection. But it is most important to make sure that your underwear has at least a cotton lining on the inside if nothing else.
