.: Stila
Stila
Lip Polish packs a lot of shine. These slightly larger lip
polish "pens" are the perfect combo of lip color and
gloss. We love the colors, they're classic shades that everyone
can wear. Glisten
is a great everyday shine that any skin tone can pull off. Sephora.com
has the full collection of Stila Lip Polishes. $20 is a bargain
when you’re getting color and shine all in one.

.: Aveda
I truly believe that, like clothing, some makeup has very specific
purposes. For example, when you're at the gym and don't want to
carry more than a pencil, moisturizer, and some lip gloss. This
triple-threat
eye, lip and cheek jumbo pencil from Aveda.com
will do you right in a pinch. Colors work as eye liners and shadows,
as well as a lip liner and cheek definer; you won't even need
a lip gloss as the pencil has moisturizing ingredients, (plant
emollients, with antioxidants in the mix as well). Triply nice,
the eye color contains geranium leaves, jasmine petals and orchid
oil.

.: FYLO
FYLO (For
Your Lips Only) resolves any gloss drama with their virtually
endless options to mix and match. Shine by day, amp up the color
at night- you can go from from carefree career girl to sex kitten
without a multitude of tubes and tubs.
Lip colors are infused with bergamot oil which gives off a faint,
citrusy scent. (Tastes good too.) The glosses each have their
own blends, like the pink grapefruit of the 'Lullaby' gloss. I'm
partial to the sheer 'Stretto' and its candy cane-like peppermint
oil which makes your lips tingle and shine. The colors and glosses
come in tiny cubes ($8) that can be carried solo but are designed
to easily pop in and out of their compacts ($10-$14), or "cubicles."
