Marc Jacobs Beauty Is Getting Its Own Store (There Goes Our Savings)
August 7, 2013
If you are counting down the hours until Marc Jacobs Beauty launches this Friday, you have something else to get excited about: a whole store filled with Marc Jacobs’ new makeup. The cosmetics line is apparently getting its very own boutique in the West Village. According to The Shophound, the Marc Jacobs Collection Accessories store at 385 Bleecker Street currently has a sign in the window that reads “Coming Soon Marc Jacobs Beauty.” Since the line launches on Friday, so we’re hoping the store will open that day, too. If you’re in NYC and want to get your hands on the line, we suggest heading over to the new boutique. We suspect that Sephora is going to be a mad house once the collection hits. And who knows how the website will hold up with the increased traffic (remember when the M.A.C. website shut down when RiRi Woo hit?). Do you plan on purchasing makeup from the line when it launches? You can check out the full collection here.
UPDATE: The store is officially open for business!
P.S. Did you know that you can still get these old-school beauty products from the 90s?!
