CEO & Editor-in-Chief

Online shopping expert, Michelle Madhok, is the founder of SHEFINDS MEDIA – publisher of SheFinds.com, Bridefinds.com and MomFinds.com. Her online publications help millions of busy women everywhere shop the web for the latest fashion and style finds.

Her style and shopping tips have been featured in numerous newspapers and magazines, radio and television interviews. She loves having her whole family in the office with her!

Michael Palka

President & COO

Michael focuses on asset allocation, long-term contract negotiation, and financial management.

Previously he was VP of business development for digital strategy agency iCrossing. Michael began his tech career at Ask.com where he held a variety of senior level positions in product management.

Michael spent 10 years in consumer products managing global brands at Fortune 500 companies including Sara Lee, Mattel, and Bristol Myers.

Eileen Conlan

Senior Editor, Fashion & Lifestyle

Previously a writer and editor at Marie Claire, she has worked in many a fashion closet–from Vogue China and Elle to W. Her work has been published in Marie Claire, The New York Post, Crain’s New York Business & NYMag.com, among others.

She recently changed her relationship status to “engaged” and is looking forward to being the newest victim of the wedding industry.

Jeanine Edwards

Senior Editor, MOMFinds.com

Jeanine is a shopaholic mom who lives in New York City with her daughter. When she’s not shopping, she loves spending time with her little girl and reading. Before joining the SHEfinds Media team, Jeanine was an editor at InStyle and The Knot, Inc. Her work has been published in InStyle Weddings, ESSENCE, Uptown and on InStyle.com and TheKnot.com.

Julie Fabricant

Director of Sales & Marketing

Julie is the creative marketing force of the SHEfinds team. She has a passion for seeking out fashion’s best kept secrets online, trend-tracking, DIY, shoes, nerdy tech things and traveling on a whim.

Before coming to SHEfinds she spent several years at Conde Nast and Blackbook Media.

Justine Ingersoll Schwartz

Associate Editor, BRIDEfinds.com

Justine is a newlywed and wedding enthusiast, who loves covering all topics of a bride’s big day. She also has a penchant for designer handbags that is driving her new husband insane.

Her work has also appeared in New York Weddings, Huffington Post Weddings, and NYMag.com.

Katie Kravit

Associate Graphic & Web Designer, Project Manager

Katie heads the design department at SHEfinds, designing editorial and marketing artwork for all four blogs.

She has a background in communication design and journalism from USC and worked for many print and digital publications, including Variety, The L Magazine, and Los Angeles Magazine.

After hours, she can be found crafting, gallery hopping, exploring dive bars around the city, or snapping photographs on her daily adventures.

Karen Abiog

Sales Manager

Karen is a shopaholic addicted to designer labels. She answers all sales inquiries for SHEfinds, MOMfinds, & BRIDEfinds and is responsible for social media.

Before SHEfinds, she spent many years marketing and fundraising for numerous non-profit organizations such as HuskyTHON for CT Children’s Medical Center and worked with UConn Women’s Basketball coach Geno Auriemma raising money for the V Foundation and DKMS Bone Marrow Donor Center.

She’s a die-hard Lakers fan, but a New Yorker at heart.

Irina Grechko

Editorial Assistant

Irina is a shoe addict with a serious beauty product obsession. When she is not overflowing her Chelsea studio with more heels and cosmetics, she explores New York’s food and art scene.

Prior to joining the SHEfinds team, she has worked at Vanity Fair’s fashion closet and at People StyleWatch.
