SheFinds Solutions: How to Get Rid of Deodorant Stains

image

Problem: You've switched to the "clear" antiperspirant and still you get these lovely white stains on your clothes — especially on the days when you're wearing black and are completely late for that important date or meeting.

Solution: Gal Pal Garment Deodorant Remover

Sure you could just change your shirt and wash it later, but then what do you wear now? And why should you have to wash something that's really not dirty? Having something on hand that easily lifts powdery white streaks from your clothes in just a minute is a far better solution. And while you may be skeptical, rest assured, it actually works, no elbow grease required, and the cute pink circles are something you won't mind toting with you while traveling.

But won't a sponge do the same thing? Only if it's a dry foam rubber sponge. Any other type won't remove the stain.

Price: $10

but using a stocking or a ped from the shoe store does the same thing. also if you the fold the stain over and rub it on itself the stain will come off too. both methods are free.

exactly! I use those foam curlers (you know the ones you put in kids’ hair overnight?) b/c they have much the same texture ppl are selling here… they’re the best I’ve found, and they’re right there in the back of my drawer in the bathroom where I usually notice the white stain!

I’ve always found that rubbing the fabric onto itself works really well. I learned that watching MTV as a pre-teen, and it’s saved me a number of times.
