It’s bikini season. A fact that the ladies on the Style Network’s Modern Girl’s Guide to Life threw in my face as I sat on my butt watching TV this weekend.
They shared the typical tricks, get a spray tan, workout, drink water…blah, blah, blah. I sat shamed. Not shamed enough to stop snacking but it was enough to make me consider the options. My figure is feeling a little fuller so until I’m ready to bare all I’ll stick to the trustworthy tankini.
