This might be the most alternative trend we’ve ever come across. Kids in Tokyo are getting their faces (or other body parts, but the face is the most interesting, apparently) injected with saline solution in order to create crazy, artsy shapes. We have no idea where you get this procedure in the U.S., but we hope the answer is nowhere.
