First purse necklaces…now this. If you’re not careful, you could be just one belt purse away from wearing a full-on fanny pack.

We spotted this trend and laughed…until we realized that so called “belt purses” are actually a thing. There are tons of them, and they’re not cheap, either. As MOMfinds editor Jeanine pointed out, they’re kinda good for holiday parties and nights when you just can’t be bothered to lug around a handbag or clutch. Point well taken. …Or is that what people told themselves in the ’80s, too, right before fanny packs became a thing the first time around?
