About the Designer:
Haralee Weintraub has spent the last 25 years working for Fortune 500 and 100 companies. In 2002, with her invasive breast cancer diagnosis, she looked closely at her career path. Haralee was familiar with wicking clothing from the gym, the tennis courts, the slopes and the trails. She could not find the same performance clothing found for outdoor clothing for sleepwear.  With an old sewing machine and bike short fabric she made her first prototype nightgown. It was ugly and heavy, but it worked. She found more sleep friendly fabric and made another sample and brought it to her breast cancer support group. They went wild with enthusiasm. Two years after her initiation into the world of breast cancer, she started Haralee.com, with her goal to make cool garments for hot women.

count me in tear in my eye

What: Tear In My Eye Carnelian Earrings

Why: Rock your ears with these edgy, dangly earrings. Tear In My Eye features a bold orange/red carnelian ball free floating on a wire “U” that hangs from an elongated sterling silver chain. Falling below is another sterling silver chain with great movement. The earrings hang approx 4.5 inches and feature handcrafted ear wires as well.

      About the Designer:
My lines have been described as playful, fun, bright, girly, fresh, feminine and youthful. I really like those descriptions, as they describe how I feel when I am designing and creating each piece. It’s also the way I want people to feel wearing them. I hope each piece can brighten your day, make you feel a bit more cheery, feel extra sexy or playful, or simply add a bit of confidence. Who hasn’t put on a piece of killer jewelry and instantly felt a bit brighter? My lines tend to have a modern yet simple feel to them with a touch of bohemian style (after all, I do have gypsy blood).  All lines are designed using colorful semi-precious and precious gemstones and .925 sterling silver. The subtly bold pieces might not follow current trends, but I have always felt that everyone really makes their own trends. So go ahead let your fun side show.
