I used to be all about the “rain rain go away”, until designers started to make really cute rain boots.  Now I look forward to slipping some on when it starts to pour.  Perhaps it’s a do over of a bit of my childhood, when instead of having cute rain boots, I had ugly red galoshes.  Anyway, since they are made of rubber—it seems silly to spend a bundle.  But there are some very pricey rain boots out there.  Can you guess which ones won’t help you save money for a rainy day?
