I’ve killed way too many minutes playing around in the dressing room- so don’t say I didn’t warn you about the fun factor of Design-her gals. Jeanne Fitzmaurice, self-confessed “Power Shopper,” dreamt up Design-her Gal, a site where you can virtually design your own graphic gals by choosing from a dream-size closet and plethora of accessories. The results are pretty amazing, I get the giggles because my gals actually look like me, complete with a laptop that’s always set to SheFinds!
The best deal is the Greater Gal Membership, for $34.95 you can create as many gals as you want and print all you want (biz cards, notecards, stationary, etc.) for a full year. You can also send e-cards for free, create custom clothing, or pay per project.
Think Pink because Cancer Sucks. One of the hundreds of extras that you can dress your gal with is a pink awareness ribbon. But it doesn’t stop there for Jeanne and Design-her Gals.
The Gal to Gal Foundation is dedicated to raising funds and awareness for Stage IV breast cancer patients.
Designhergals.com has committed ten percent of net proceeds from their interactive site to serve as the primary fundraising arm for the Foundation.
Basically, your creative play can artistically aid in kicking cancer’s butt for those patients who have reached the advanced Stage IV progression of this all-too-common disease.
