Fashion is pretty disposable these days. Thanks to stores like Zara, it’s easier than ever to get trendy, affordable prices in a snap. The problem? Fast fashion doesn’t really hold up that well. One minute, you’re rocking a Céline Spring 2014-inspired paint stroke dress, the next, it’s falling apart and you’ve got to toss it.

But  that’s not true for the items we’re about to show you. These pieces, though they cost a little more than what you might find at your local Forever 21, are not only built to last, but they come with a promise from the manufacturer that if they do rip, tear, or break at any point in your life, you can send ’em back for repairs, or get a brand new one in return.

This is stuff that you’ll have as long as you live. Click through for 10 items that may already be in your coset that are guaranteed to stand the test of time…they might even last longer than you!

Don’t forget to check out Kim Kardashian’s Vogue cover, the flatbed sandal trend, and Lindsay Lohan’s Rag & Bone sweater.
