The 125 Best New Beauty Launches Of 2023

Since Kim Kardashian gave birth at the end of 2015, she has been on a mission to get in the best shape of her life–her goal weight, that she Snapchats about all the time, is 120 pounds. The reality star is reportedly on a very strict diet of 1,800 calories a day, consisting of protein, healthy fats and zero sugar. Her Atkins nutritionist Colette Heimowitz told Redbook that she focuses on having protein in every single meal and stays away from “sugar, sweets, cakes, crackers, white flour, white rice.” Khloe even admitted that she “wouldn’t last a day on Kim’s new diet.”

So what exactly does Kim keep stocked in her fridge? She revealed on her app that these are the five items she always gets from the grocery store:

Diet Peach Snapple

Sliced Turkey Breast

Mozzarella Cheese Sticks

Charcoal Lemonade

*She probably buys lemonade and activated charcoal and mixes the two. “Lemonade will still taste like lemonade; juice will still taste like juice and a kale smoothie will still taste like a kale smoothie’it won’t take away from the taste and it also won’t mask it,” writes Reader’s Digest Best Health. Just FYI, in case you were thinking of trying!

Fermented Dairy Probiotic

That’s quite the interesting mix! Girlfriend is looking amazing these days, so clearly she’s on to something with her diet…
