Procrastination, been there done that way too many times. Sometimes we excuse it by saying how we work better under pressure. Why do we stress ourselves out to the last second when we can just get something done, and move on? Because it’s so much easier to hit snooze on our alarms or scroll through our Instagram feeds in the office. It doesn’t even hit us that we’re procrastinating until we’re in too deep. So where does that leave us now?
Break bad habits.
The biggest solution to solving a problem is getting to the root of it, in this case, this would be our bad habits. Let’s figure out and admit to what our bad habits are, and break them once and for all.
Have goals, execute a plan.
It’s always good to have goals set in the back of your mind, but a goal is irrelevant if you don’t have a plan to back it up.
Eliminate the unnecessary.
For example, delete the apps that distract you the most. In my case, sayonara Facebook and Twitter!
