Vanity Fair will feature Oleg Cassini, the designer credited for helping to shape Jackie Kennedy’s iconic style, in an upcoming issue, and although he dressed the former first lady almost 40 years ago (and died four years ago), we get why he’s still relevant. Everyone, including Katie Holmes, is still trying to recreate the “the Jackie look,” which actually isn’t that hard to achieve. Check out four Jackie O approved accessories that will work great for the summer:

Jackie O made oval sunglasses a classic, and these Simply Vera Vera Wang Oval sunglasses ($20.40, down from $34.00) are a modern version that will help you achieve the look.

Silk scarves were a Jackie Kennedy staple. Even if you can’t imagine wearing them a la Jackie O, try wearing one like this Echo Paisley Silk scarf ($58) around your neck or on your purse strap to add a pop of color.

Jackie O wore for kitten heels, Delman flats, or Bernardo sandals (in her hand above) like these Bernardo Women’s Mojo Flat sandals ($124) that have a subtle touch of shine.

We don’t know how the first lady survived only wearing tiny, delicate  purses, but for those days when all you need is your cell, wallet, and lip gloss, this ASOS Nude Quilted Lock Across Body bag ($20.29, down from $25.36) is a great option.
