Let’s face it, the holidays are tough. You’re forced to see your family (and pretend you like them all), you have to deal with traffic on the roads and swarms of holiday shoppers in every store, and you have to eat enormous amounts of food. Now some would say that last one is what makes the holidays, especially Thanksgiving, but it can be stressful for those of us that lack self control, especially when it comes to seconds or thirds of pumpkin pie.
