On Septemeber 22nd, the hit 90’s sitcom Friends, will be celebrating 25 years since it’s pilot episode premiered. And even though the show will be leaving Netflix soon (could we be any sadder?) that doesn’t mean it won’t remain as one of our all-time favorite shows.
With an iconic cast that portrayed their roles effortlessly, on thing is for sure, each character had a distinct personality making us love them individually. Since they all were so different from one another, the chances that their vacations would look the same seems silly. I mean do you remember the episode when they all went to Barbados? Yea.
So whether you see yourself as a free-spirited Phoebe or a fashion-forward Rachel, these are the trips that match them best and we could actually see them taking. And of course, you should too!
The One for When Rachel Actually Goes to Paris
Even though she didn’t take the job at Louis Vuitton in France, there is no doubt that she would bring Ross and Emma there at some point. And the lavish Paris Suite at Hotel Barrière Le Fouquet’s would definitely be up to her standards. A townhouse-style accommodation that includes spa access, luxe gold decor, and an oversized dressing room. It also just so happens to be located right across the street from the Louis Vuitton Flagship Store!
The One Where Monica Doesn’t Have to Clean
We all know how much Monica loves things to be neat and organized. And that is why the Windsor Court Hotel would be a place she could enjoy. With the staff paying close attention to detail, this accommodation would be Monica level clean with crisp clean linens and fresh bouquets of roses, so all she would have to do is relax…… if that’s possible.
The One Where Phoebe Saves the Sea Turtles
From secretly keeping a dog in Chandler and Monica’s apartment to a song dedicated to a Smelly Cat, it is no surprise that Phoebe is an animal lover. So her dream trip would be to the all-inclusive Panama Jack Cancun off the tip of the Yucatan Peninsula, where guests can help with sea turtle conservation efforts. She could also hit up Aura Spa (not to work, of course) to take advantage of the Mayan-inspired treatments for a spiritual mind, body and soul experience.
The One Where Ross Takes His Kids Camping in Dinosaur Land
If Ben and Emma thought their Paleontologist dad was going to bring them to Disney Land, they were wrong. Instead, Ross would reserve a plot at the family-friendly Fossil Valley RV Park via Pitchup.com so he can bring them to Dinosaur Land. The 200,000-acre Dinosaur National Monument filled with over 1,500 fossils and hiking trails is the perfect place for him to share his love of paleolithic history to the kids.
The One Where the Bings Take a Family Vacation
When Chandler wants a getaway from his corporate advertising job, he would use his PTO to take the family to the Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall in Montego Bay, Jamaica. The all-inclusive and family-friendly resort would be great for the Bings who would be traveling with young children. Chandler and Monica could get some alone time while the twins are having supervised fun at the Kidz Club.
The One Where Joey Takes A Not-So-Needed Break
Playing Dr. Ramoray on Days of Our Lives and shooting commercials for Lipstick for Men can be hard and tiresome. So Joey would take a tropical trip to the all-inclusive, adult-only Hilton La Romana for some fun in the sun. With a poolside Pizzeria and an international buffet, he could get his food sweats on during the day and plan an impromptu date at the Beach Bar come nighttime.
