The dimple effect. Cellulite. Call it whatever you want, but around here it’s know as my worst enemy. Especially during the summer months when it’s so hot that shorts and bathing suits are my only wardrobe options. I mean, I already have to deal with chafing problems. Isn’t that enough? Apparently not. So let me be real clear here: Cellulite does not mean you’re overweight or unhealthy by any means. Plenty of my model-like friends have cellulite problems too, so it’s really nothing to be ashamed of. And not to burst your bubble, but anything that claims to totally get rid of lumpy skin is a marketing trick. Don’t listen to those infomercials. They’re full of lies. You can, however, minimize its appearance with a proper diet, exercise and beauty regimen.
