A Clever Way to Save Water (and Avoid Being a Nag)
March 25, 2011
My son likes to take his time, and it doesn’t matter what he’s doing–eating, getting ready for school, showering, you name it. I tell you, if I don’t keep an eye on him and the clock when he’s in the shower, he’s happy to stay in there for an hour. It’s happened before!
It’s not very eco-friendly to let him take long showers, and I hate being a nag, so this Water Pebble looks like a good bath time solution. The clever gadget keeps track of how much water you use in the shower, and trains you to use your time wisely. You simply program it the first time you use it, and with every subsequent shower, it flashes red 5-7 seconds sooner, letting you know your time is up.
