A Really Good New Baby Skin Care Line (That Does Some Good, Too)
November 11, 2010
We love learning about new product lines, but we hear about them a lot. Zoe Organics’ natural baby skin care line uses only the purest, organic ingredients and they practice fair trade and social responsibility. While these things are noble and noteworthy, they don’t necessarily set them apart from the many other organic baby skincare lines out there. What does, though, is that Zoe Organics donates 10% of each purchase to the White Ribbon Alliance to aid their efforts of raising awareness and promoting safe motherhood. Sharing the profits? Definitely not every other company’s m.o.
Of course, the products are amazing, too. Their Baby Bath Tea caught my eye as something I’d never seen. I tried the tea when my daughter had a horrific diaper rash and it did what it claimed: provided a gentle soak, full of oatmeal, lavender, and other natural anti-inflammatory ingredients that calmed and cleaned. It’s probably bit too expensive to use as your newborn’s every day baby wash, it is great to have on hand if your child has a sunburn, eczema, or like my daughter, angry diaper rash.
My other fave is the Baby Balm, which is good for everything from scrapes to bug bites to chapped lips to you-name-it.
