Sure, I used to be of the “don’t buy your jeans where you buy your groceries†school, but a simple twist of fate (denim desperation plus a huge time crunch) led me to pick up these simple bootcut jeans during a recent trip to Target. And, boy, am I glad I did! These jeans are almost criminally inexpensive (27.99) and are perfect for my short frame. The inseam is on the shorter side — 32†— so they rest just below my waist, and there’s no need to worry about that dreaded skivvy-showing gap in the back when I sit down. Plus, I can rest easy whether I’m sporting stilettos or flip flops – the four-inch drag of extra denim around the ankles is nowhere to be found, which means I don’t have to invest in a new pair every time my current pair frays away at the cuffs.
