Elle Magazine is unveiling a new look in September. While the design concept is unknown, it appears the writing has gone decidedly tabloid with their decision to keep their September cover girl of two years running, Lindsay Lohan. Evidently, the decision by Elle’s editor-in-chief to keep the article in was because “(We still think) the story as written gives great insight to her situation right now.” Further proof is this behind-the-scenes video Elle.com just released of the cover shoot.
After watching this video, we’d like to point out three things:
1. She’s seriously so unsteady posing in this video it looks like you could tip her like a cow.
2. Heavy shades, slurred, somewhat incoherent speech = a cry for help, not a fashion statement.
3. While she’s talking about learning how to strip in her new movie, “I Know Who Killed Me,” the video is playing her song “Confessions of a Broken Heart: Daughter to Father” behind the clip and the words “I am crying and a part of me is dying” are the last thing you hear. Coincidence? We think not.
At least she does bring up two very relevant trends for fall: studs and leather. Invest in your own leather biker jacket for fall with this gorgeous Alice + Olivia Plisse Leather Jacket for $594.00.
