I know we normally tend to focus on moms and kids here, but here’s a tidbit we’d like you to pass along to your babysitter, too. From now until February 12th, Aeropostale stores around the country are collecting gently used kids’ jeans to donate to kids in need.
It’s part of their annual Teens for Jeans campaign and we think it’s an awesome way to teach kids the importance of helping kids in need. According to recent stats, 1 in 3 homeless people in America is under the age of 18. Aeropostale launched this initiative to help get clothes to as many of them as possible.
Need even more incentive? Aeropostale will give you 25% off a new pair of jeans when you donate old jeans at an Aeropostale store. They’re accepting all sizes and any brand as long as they are in wearable condition. Start cleaning the closets!
