Beauty Roadtest: Restorative Oil That Can Bring Hair Back To Life

What: Kiehl’s Olive Fruit Oil Reparative Hair Pak ($33)

Lately I’ve been feeling like I have a love-hate relationship with my hair; I love to dye, curl, and straighten it, but I hate how crunchy and fried dry styling makes my hair feel. I’ve never been a believer in so-called miracle oils and potions, but I decided to take this hair oil for a whirl anyway. I applied this hair oil to my scalp and combed it through, then shampooed and conditioned as I do everyday, but when I went to blow dry I felt a noticeable difference in my hair’s texture.  Suddenly, it was  soft and newly rejuvenated.  I was shocked to find that this tiny bottle of oil could save my hair from the styling battle I’d been waging for so many years.  Best of all, restoring my hair took only 3 minutes, and didn’t require a trip to the salon.  I am now a fully converted believer in thismagical hair oil, and will be using it at least once a week from here on out.
