Beauty Roadtest: Dove Cream Oil Gives Dry Skin Moisture Without Making A Mess

February 16, 2010 by Aria Hughes

The winter air does major wreckage on my already dry skin, and while body oils usually offer the only form of relief, they can be a bit messy. Unfortunately, I don’t have the time to wait for most oils to fully absorb into my skin, nor do I have an affinity for that greased-up body builder look, but Dove Cream Oil ($8.49), a genius mixture of lotion and oil, gave me the best of both worlds.

My dry skin quickly soaked up the rich lotion that had a slight floral scent. The cream oil left a soft sheen that lasted throughout most of the day and eased my mind about pesky grease stains on some of my delicate clothes.
