Beauty Roadtest: Lilly Pulitzer's Signature Nail Polish Is Bright & Peppy (Not Preppy)

Lilly Pulitzer took the ’60s fashion world by storm with her iconic pink, green and turquoise psychedelic shift dresses–it was the cornerstone of preppy culture at the time. Picture Mad Men’s Betty Draper by the pool with long pink nails.

M.A.C  must have been thinking the same thing, as they’ve collaborated with Lilly Pulitzer’s signature palette, and come up with M.A.C. in Lillyland nail polish.  The deep coral color, called “Steamy” is anything but preppy. It will brighten up your drab winter wardrobe and still be relevant come spring and summer–we bet you’ll be just as hooked as we are.

See more beauty roadtests, plus our guide to spring fashion, another great nail color for spring, and how to wear the neon trend, in moderation.
