Beauty Find: Bath and Body Works Aromatherapy Lavender and Vanilla "Sleep"

Sleep — it’s hard to come by sometimes. On a recent night, Oprah After The Show and warm milk and my coziest chenille blanket weren’t doing the trick, so I decided to test run Bath and Body Works Deeply Soothing Night Body Crème. Touted as a quieting inhalation therapy, you’re supposed do massage it into your neck and chest and forget about counting sheep. I was a skeptic — particularly because it smells a bit…waxy. The scent is definitely not the sleep trigger, but wow, does this stuff work. Within a half hour of trying it, I melted into the most restful, delicious slumber I’ve had in ages, and to boot, my skin was smooth and soft in the morning. I am now an addict.
