Why: When I think of Sea Breeze, I think of the brand’s 1980’s commercials featuring women ecstatically swiping cotton balls soaked with its astringent across their oily T-zones. Thankfully, their advertising has changed. I tried Sea Breeze’s Hydrating Moisturizer from its Naturals line, and I liked that the light, oil free formula left my skin feeling soft, but not greasy. There’s also a pleasant — not overpowering — fragrance. Now that’s worth getting ecstatic about.
