Chances are you’ve read that apple cider vinegar is good for you. Well, we’re here to confirm the hype; ACV really works wonders. Not only does it support weight loss and slow the aging process, but it also lowers blood pressure, improves heart health and relieves stomach aches. Pretty incredible, right?
Given all it’s health benefits, consuming apple cider vinegar on the regular should be a no-brainer. The problem? It doesn’t taste very good on its own. Luckily, I have a simple recipe that makes ACV palatable so you can reap all its goodness. All you do is combine 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar with lemon juice, water and honey. Lemon water is excellent for hydration and the honey will add just the right amount of sweetness to balance the bitterness of the ACV. Start your morning with this tasty drink and you’ll feel invigorated and energized in no time.
