The Internet Agrees: These Are The Two Best Bronzers Ever Created

When crafting articles for our The Best column, I really like to balance curation with options. In most instances, I really don’t believe there’s one best thing for everyone. On the other hand, the Internet gives us all access to so many choices that we all need a little help narrowing things down.

I approached this story on bronzers in the same way I do all The Best articles. However, things turned out a bit differently this time. Instead of 5-7 winners emerging, the same two bronzers kept coming up over and over again. Turns out, they’re really just that good. Even better, one is an affordable option under $5 and the other is more of splurge at $30. The fact of the matter is, no matter which one you choose you will not be disappointed. Shop the two best bronzers (ever!) below:

Best Bronzers

Shoppers Choice:

Physicians Formula Murumuru Butter Bronzer

Highlights: Creamy and soft texture combines the best features of a powder and cream bronzer, to deliver a lit-from-within tropical glow; hypoallergenic; safe for sensitive skin and eyes; created without any of the 150+ known harsh ingredients found in other personal care items

“Love this bronzer! I was skeptical of this powder at first as a very pale redhead (I am skeptical of bronzers, tbh), but this one has really surprised me! I love the color on my skin! I also love how I can use this powder for my brows to help fill them in & I have used this as a shadow! So many uses!! I would definitely recommend & will be buyin again! It also smells amazing and arrived on time!!” – Pati

“I have tried many high-end bronzers, but nothing compares to this one. The lighter shade is perfect for fair-skinned gals like myself and you can’t beat the price!”Alisha

Editor’s Picks:

Benefit Cosmetics Hoola Bronzing Powder

Highlights: Gives your complexion a healthy, natural looking tan; 4 shades; soft, blendable formula and matte finish

“I’ve been using Benefit Hoola since I came out the womb. Just kidding, but I am going on almost 20 years with it. It’s the perfect shade for my medium-light skin tone, and the packaging is pretty.”Justine

“Hoola is such an iconic bronzer and I’m soo glad it comes in different shades! Hoola Lite is perfect for giving my pale complexion a little boost in the spring and summer!”Morgan

“Full disclosure: this bronzer is probably a little too dark for me, but I love it too much to care. I try to use it sparingly, but it always gives me a nice sun kissed look without being overboard.”Hannah
