When most people think cardio, they immediately think running, but let’s be real: does anyone really enjoy running?

Weighted Jumping Jacks. You probably haven’t thought about these since gym class in school, but doing jumping jacks with a 10 pound weight will elevate your heart rate and provide strength training.
