If you’re like most people, you make new fitness goals to conquer at the beginning of each year. But sometimes it can be hard to stay on top of them. Luckily, there are some great apps out there to help you stay motivated and organized. Here are a few we love:

Eating Healthy:

To make sure the meals you are ordering out stay in line with eating healthy, sign up for MealPal. This app lets you get lunch or dinner (equaling less than $6 per meal) on a monthly basis. The best part? You can plan your meals ahead of time, so you don’t make an unhealthy decision when you’re in a rush. Picking balanced entrees and saving money? Score!

Running:

If you want to run more, Runtastic is the app for you. Not only does this app track your activity, monitor progress and help you reach your goals, but it also has stories and playlists to download to keep you pumped during your run.

Meditation:

If you are a  beginner that wants to learn more about meditation, check out Headspace. Start with their Basics package; it’s a 10-day course that will teach you to meditate. The best part about it being on an app is that you can take a few minutes to do it anywhere and anytime. Just a few minutes of meditation a day has been shown to reduce stress, help to focus and even better sleep and who doesn’t need that?

Weight Loss:

The Nike Training app is like having a personal trainer right in your pocket. This app has over 100 different workouts with audio and visual guidance for each. It even has 15-minute options for those super busy days. The best feature is that you can create a personalized training plan based on your needs that will adjust when you hit certain goals.

Yoga:

Want to do yoga in the comfort of your home but unsure about how to start? No worries. Pocket Yoga brings the classes to you. Choose your desired practice, difficulty level, and time duration and you’re ready to go! The app will then recreate a class for you. There is even a complete pose dictionary in case you need some extra help.

Be sure to also check out the best drugstore foundations under $10.
