If you’ve ever woken up in the morning and thought, “Today I’d like to post up flawless,” then today is your lucky day. This week marks the fifth anniversary of Michelle Obama‘s “Let’s Move” health campaign, and in celebration of it, the first lady is encouraging people everywhere to take part in the #GimmeFive challenge and share five ways to be healthy. To honor this campaign (and as her own personal form of charity to us, the unworthy), Beyoncé posted her workout routine to Instagram, giving us just a tiny peek into the life of the Queen. It’s sped up to account for Instagram’s notoriously short video lengths, but hey, if Bey wants to teach you a workout routine, you sit down and LEARN, no matter how quick it is. Here are the steps:
1. Standing side crunches to work dem obliques.
2. Floor crunches.
3. Some kind of funky kickboxing-esque punches with weights (can you tell how athletic I am?).
4. Fancy aerobics (seriously, just watch the video, I don’t even know how to explain this).
