Remember that time I used a cleanse to get back in to skinny jeans after having a baby? YAS! So good. The cleanse was the Bikini Cleanse (a 7-day program that involves meal-replacement smoothies, ketones sticks, detox tea and extremely clean eating), and I’ve done it a handful of times since, usually to prep for a beach vacation or to hit a new weight loss goal. It’s seriously so good (the last time I lost 10 lb.!), but the only challenge with a 7-day cleanse is that you have to make it through a weekend–which can be really tough. (Seriously, though, no wine for a week!?)

The 3-day version is a great way to re-set your eating habits (Pollard recommends doing it monthly if you can) and re-introduce healthy foods and mindful eating. Ladies who tend to diet then fall off (that’s everyone, right?) will really benefit from this shorter program. And since the diet consists of incredibly healthy, organic vegetables and proteins, it’s a chance to give your body the food/nutrients it actually needs instead of the other crap we all have a tendency to consume. We cannot say enough good things about it–but I think it’s best if you just try it for yourself. (Also, p.s. they now sell the Ketones sticks and detox tea separately!). What are you waiting for?
