Bite Beauty's New Lipstick Is Made From Champagne Grapes & Freshwater Pearls
June 11, 2013
Bite Beauty‘s new Cuvee lipstick collection is for the one percent. Not only is it fancy schmancy and made with champagne grapes, freshwater Tahitian black pearl and Japanese silk powder (sounds like lyrics from Countess LuAnn’s next single, huh?), but it’s also super limited edition. As in only 1,200 of each shade were made, and once they’re gone, they’re gone.
And if you’re clueless as to what Cuvee is in the first place, it’s a term used for the finest juice produced from gentle pressing of the grapes in Champagne, France. Baller status. Oh yeah, this rich people’s lipstick also provides long-lasting antioxidant color, in case you were interested in the formula benefits.
The Bite Beauty Cuvee Cream Deluxe Lipstick Collection ($34 each) includes shades Blanc, Blush, Coral and Rose, which just so happen to be eco-friendly as well. Daddy warbucks or not, we’re digging these colors for summer.
