As unusual as things are right now, there’s something really nice about having slowed way down. I don’t know about you, but I’m definitely more mindful. I often find myself taking the time to appreciate things I never really paid much attention to before.
Over the last few days that includes my morning shower (yes, I’m still showering every day!). I recently started using
