Get Rid Of The Post-Its and Get Yourself This Chalkboard Decal Instead

I am always so jealous of people who live in big houses they can decorate endlessly. I love home decor, but there’s only so much I can do with my 1-bedroom apartment. That’s why I love wall decals. Just stick them up and when you’re ready for something new, peel them off–without any damage to your walls–and forge ahead with your new design.

Somehow I’ve resisted the temptation to decal every flat surface in my apartment, but I did recently buy this cool chalkboard decal and I’m obsessed. How amazing? A chalkboard that sticks right to your wall–genius!

I have my decal hanging in my foyer and I use it to write out our weekly dinner menus. I also use it to keep track of doctor appointments and other important dates we have to remember. Occasionally, I’ll even write love notes to my daughter on it and then read them to her whenever we come in from outside.

So if you’re looking for an inexpensive, non-permanent way to give your entryway or your child’s room some oomph, this chalkboard decal gets my seal of approval. I have a feeling your kids will have a blast writing all over it, too.
