Charlotte Olympia Does Halloween With Glow In The Dark Shoes, Pumpkin Clutches & More

September 24, 2013 by Sara Alderman

We know, we know, fall just started and we don’t want to stress you out, but Halloween is (almost) a month away. So to get us excited about the holiday, Charlotte Olympia just announced that she’s doing a Halloween collection. Is it acceptable to wish we could still trick or treat if this is what we would get instead of candy?

The British designer is really good at themed collections, like her movie theatre clutches and Archie Comic accessories, so you know her Halloween stuff is going to be really really good. According to an article released today from WWD, the whole thing is vampire and pumpkin-inspired. Expect shoes and handbags with glow-in-the-dark bones, laser-cut spider webs and golden bats. Of course, Olympia had to throw in some version of her signature kitty flats. Except this time around the Bite Me Kitty flats feature evil-looking cats with fangs. Perfection.

Luckily, we don’t have to wait that much longer to see the entire collection, which hits Charlotte Olympia stores and online October 1st. Prices for bags range from $545 to $1,565, $745 for flats and up to $1,475 for heels. And just a cute little tidbit about what must be the awesome Olympia family, Charlotte and her two young sons are dressing up as one big happy (and scary) vampire fam. And we thought we couldn’t love her any more.
