Whole Foods has a bunch of sales - you just might not know it. Sales usually start every Wednesday, so that is the best day to shop. A sale will be starting, and sometimes, the previous week's sale will be ending that same day - double sale! Also, check out The Whole Deal - Whole Foods' sales flyers that are available online.
