Everyone knows that Amazon Prime Day is like a national holiday. The beloved day of deals kicked off today on July 16, giving Amazon Prime Subscribers the exclusive chance to get over 100,000 online Amazon products on sale. But, it seems this exciting opportunity to shop may have caused a technical glitch on Amazon. The site crashed minutes into the sale’s commencement, which happened around midday.

One shopper even took a screen recording of his experience to show how the site’s homepage was malfunctioning. The video he shared shows him being redirected to the wrong webpages, which prevented him from shopping the items he clicked on.
