Barack Obama and Michelle Obama may be battling with ongoing divorce rumors, which have been swirling due to the couple seldom being seen together. But a recent TikTok video may temporarily put an end to them!
A video that was shared on TikTok at the end of last month, which has since gone viral, shows the former president making a very sweet gesture to the former First Lady. And it has melted the internet’s hearts!
In the video, Barack and Michelle can be seen leaving their house in Chicago as a small group of onlookers waits outside, hoping to catch a glimpse of them. As they step outside and head toward an SUV parked out front – where security is also waiting – the couple smile and wave warmly to the crowd. And then comes the swoon-worthy moment…
Barack walks ahead and holds the car door open for the IMO podcast host, waiting patiently as she climbs in first, before making his way around to the other side. A small gesture, sure, but one that fans are calling “classy” and “gentlemanly,” among other sweet and complimentary things. And one which seems to suggest that there may not be trouble in paradise after all!
