Zoodles + Grilled Chicken


Karena and Katrina of Tone It Up! love this simple, 5-ingredient low carb recipe for dinner. Use a spiralizer to make noodles with your zucchini or buy them already spiralized at health food stores like Whole Foods. Use a low carb organic marinara sauce or homemade tomatoe sauce, add basil and 6 oz. of lean protein.

Beef Skewers

 

The team behind the Bikini Cleanse loves these Beef Skewers--a totally cleanse-approved low carb meal. Using grass fed top sirloins cut into cubes, plus the veggies of your choosing such as onion, bell peppers and tomatoes, marinate your skewer ingredients in extra virgin olive oil, garlic cloves and pepper.
