In fact, there’s a new anti-aging night cream that’s basically selling out at Sephora–it’s the Glow Recipe Avocado Melt Sleeping Mask! It’s SO good that it’s being called the best overnight moisturizer for aging skin because of all of its amazing avocado skincare benefits.

Avocado Skincare Benefits
The main ingredient in the Glow Recipe Avocado Sleeping Mask is avocado, which boasts tons of anti-aging skincare benefits. The experts at Dermstore note that avocado oil has been found to be an effective moisturizer for the skin and promotes skin healing and collagen production. Plus, its blend of vitamins B, C, E, and K can also help defend your skin against harmful UV rays and other environmental stressors and free radicals, which can cause premature aging.
"Avocado oil contains some of the highest concentrations of lutein and zeaxanthin of any fruit or vegetable, which may help protect the skin from sun damage. Plus, studies also show that consuming avocado is significantly associated with greater skin elasticity and fewer wrinkles—thanks to the abundance of vitamins and healthy fats," Dermstore states.
Glow Recipe Avocado Sleeping Mask Review
"As a consumer within the western beauty market, we are typically subjected to high price points and poor ingredients. This glow recipe avocado mask is filled with beneficial and expensive ingredients that I can justify spending my money on. The first ingredient is avocado, not water or glycerin (good humectant but utterly cheap). I would 100% recommend this sleeping mask! I can attest that it is probably one of the better ones on the market, especially if you’re looking for something hydrating." - jaddee
"Honestly, I’ve never seen the point of sleeping masks but I decided to give it a try because of the super cute packaging! I was expecting to be totally underwhelmed but I’ve got to say I LOVE this mask. I have super sensitive and crazy dry skin that can’t handle most exfoliators and this gave me no redness or sensitivity at all. When I woke up my skin was SO SMOOTH! I’d definitely suggest taking the less is more approach with this one though. I’m one of those types where it says use 2 drops and I use 8000 but because of how rich and creamy this is and how easily it melts into the skin you don’t need a ton. I think it’s going to last forever!!!! Super happy I decided to give this a try." - alexissmariee
"I was lucky enough to snag a sample ahead of time, yay! The texture is a dream! It's fluffy yet dense, and there's tiny little pieces of avocado that melt right into the skin. I was impressed with the natural scent it has, not too overwhelming, not at all like guacamole lol. My skin needed something more hydrating for the winter and this was it! I skip my nighttime facial oils now and go straight for this. I recommend a thorough double cleanse in the morning if like me, you break out sometimes :)" - LBenjamin
"This product is really thick and creamy. A little really does go a long way. I was reading the instructions and saying to press into the skin but I had to warm the product on my face before I could press it into my skin. It has a tacky feeling after pressing it into my skin when it’s fully absorbed. The scent is quite nice and I love the smell to it. So far so good. Definitely a good choice for the winter/cold months. Does the product work? Can’t tell since it’s my first night using it. I will write another review in 2 weeks after using this product." - Bry1991
